French Writing Worksheet: Technological Progress
Technology is part of students’ everyday lives, which makes it a good subject for genuine discussion. This French writing worksheet asks learners to look at four familiar innovations and explain what they think about each one.
Students consider electric cars, smartphones, prosthetic limbs and video games before answering a broader question: is technological progress always positive? There is plenty of room to develop ideas, give examples and write a balanced conclusion.
What students are asked to discuss
The four prompts are concrete enough for learners to understand quickly, but open enough to produce very different answers. Students can write a few sentences for each image or develop a longer paragraph with reasons and examples.
