Aquarium & Kids: Trace the Fish, Decorate the Tank 🪸
Two goldfish are only half drawn on this page. The child follows the lines already started (the curves, the fins, the tail) and finishes each fish. Then he decorates the aquarium: he copies the small models from the banner (grass, shell, castle, star, chest, seaweed, stones) and draws them inside the tank.
Two children watch the aquarium from above, so the page feels friendly. When the drawing is done, the child colors everything, and the worksheet becomes a small poster for the fridge or the class wall. The free PDF carries the watermark of the site; the clean PDFs are for Premium members.
✨ What students practise
First, the tracing. The lines of the fish are already started, so the child sees where the pencil must go. He continues the curve, closes the body, adds the fin and the tail. It is easier than following dots, and more satisfying: after a few minutes, there is a real fish on the page.
Then, the decoration. Seven small models are drawn on a banner at the top of the page. The child looks at them, chooses a place in the aquarium, and draws them. Observation, copying, and a bit of imagination. And at the end, the coloring: the reward of the work.

The lines are started, not finished: a curve for the body, a fin, part of the tail. The child takes the pencil and continues. He learns to control his gesture and to follow a direction, not just to reproduce a dotted path.
🪸 The aquarium to decorate
On the banner, seven models: grass, a shell, a castle, a star, a chest, seaweed and stones. The child draws them in the aquarium, where he wants. There is no single correct answer: each tank will be different, and that is normal.
Vertical lines and curves: good for the up-and-down gesture.
Curves and points: the child changes direction without stopping.
Straight lines and angles: a bit more difficult, for the end of the page.
