The worksheet is built around a fictional electrician’s business card for Dépann-Élec. Learners must locate and understand practical information such as the company name, type of work, email address, location, telephone number, manager’s name, days of intervention and website.

The comprehension questions mix multiple-choice tasks, information retrieval and short written answers.
