✨ What students practise

First, reading a plan: find the streets, locate the buildings, understand what à côté de, en face de and entre mean on a map — not in a grammar table. Then, checking each statement against the map: nine vrai/faux decisions that require real observation, not guesswork.

Finally, producing answers: two open questions (the gym crossroads, the vernissage) and two culture questions about the famous names on the map. In short, one page that covers reading, locating, reasoning and writing in French.

1 Observe

Find the three streets and the eighteen buildings on the map.

2 📖 Read

Read the nine statements and locate each building they mention.

3 ✅ Answer

Circle VRAI or FAUX, with the map as the only evidence.

4 ✍️ Explain

Answer the two open questions and the culture générale lines.

📍 The map: 18 places, 3 streets

Everything the student has to locate on the plan:

☕ le café restaurant
🏦 la banque
🎬 le cinéma
📮 le bureau de poste
🌳 le parc · la cour de récréation
🚓 le poste de police

🏫 le collège
⛪ l’église
🏫 le lycée
📚 la librairie

💡 Best fit: A1 learners who know the basics of location, and A2 classes that need a real-document reading task. In pairs, it works even better: one student asks « Où est la bibliothèque ? », the other answers with a full sentence — the map becomes a conversation.
