What the worksheet contains
Students work on a complete text called "Mon parcours professionnel". The narrator talks about finishing his studies in 2018, validating a master's degree in economics, doing an internship in a bank, looking for a job, sending many CVs and answering job ads.
The text then follows his first job as a salesperson, his working conditions, a later dismissal, unemployment, France Travail, and finally a new job as an economics teacher. This gives students a real narrative context, not just isolated grammar sentences.
The grammar task is clear: students transform the text into the past and choose between the passé composé and the imparfait. They have to think about completed actions, background descriptions, habits, repeated situations and feelings.
The answer key gives the full corrected text. It helps students compare choices such as j'ai fini / j'étais, j'ai commencé / on me proposait, or j'ai été licencié / je devais m'inscrire.
